Iomairt Nis publishes a fortnightly community newspaper called Fios.  The sixteen-page, A4 sized, publication carries the very latest news from Ness, as well as articles, features, advertisements and information on forthcoming events.
     
  In 2003, FIOS came out tops at the Highlands and Islands Media Awards, winning the coveted Community Newspaper of the Year prize.
